Do you provide the alcohol?
Due to BC liquor laws, clients are responsible for purchasing alcohol and obtaining their special event liquor license. We’re happy to guide you with a detailed, personalized shopping list based on your guest count and menu to make the process simple and stress-free.

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing is designed to be straightforward and transparent. It typically includes a bartender fee, optional bar rental, and a per-guest cost that covers everything else we provide, such as cocktail ice, fresh ingredients, mixers, and bar essentials. Reach out for a custom quote based on your event.

How many bartenders will we need?
We generally recommend 1 bartender per 50–60 guests to ensure smooth, timely service. For larger events or more detailed cocktail menus, additional staff may be recommended we’ll guide you based on your specific needs.

How far do you travel?
We’re based in Victoria, BC and travel throughout Vancouver Island and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! All bartenders are Serving It Right certified, and we carry liability insurance so you can feel confident and covered. These are separate from a Special Event Permit.
